TAXILA: Three robbers, two with bullet injuries, were arrested after an encounter with police on Haji Shah Road in Attock Khurd early on Monday.
According to a police spokesman, a gang was hiding in the woods near Haji Shah Road and planning to strike in the area. On a tip-off, a police team raided the spot.
On seeing the police, the suspects opened fire which was retaliated by the police.
Subsequently, three robbers were arrested, including two in injured condition.
