ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has notified new duty drawback rates on the export of various chemicals.

Customs notification SRO1385 was issued hereby amending the SRO212 of 2009.

The rate of duty drawback will be 2.34 per cent of the freight on board (fob) value on export of stearic acid, distilled fatty acids and glycerin; Rs4.68 per kg on alkyd resin solution; 1.66pc of the fob value on unsaturated polyester resign (all grades); Rs0.48 per kg on fortified rosin; Rs8.58 per kg on cationic softener; Rs1.86 per kg on acrylic emulsion; Rs0.16 per kg on binder ST and 0.02pc of the fob value on sizing chemical.
