Mohsin appealed to the health secretary to take notice of the incident.

Dr Kashif told Dawn the incident happened on Sept 18 at about 1pm when twin babies of 45 days, each weighing two kilograms, were brought to his hospital. He said he prescribed normal medicine, including dry milk, according to the health of the babies.
