The summer vacation is the best time to have fun and relax. It is the most fun time of the year. We explore and learn new and exciting things sitting at home. We also do fun activities with our parents and siblings. It is so much fun to do creative things and develop new skills.

The summer vacation usually starts around June, or even May. The feeling of beginning on summer vacation is just amazing and cannot be expressed in words. It is a time to relax after a long year of school homework and exams. This break refreshes their mind and students get to learn new things.

Vacations are meant to be enjoyed and but we should also concentrate on physical activities. Playing makes children physically and mentally active. Mostly, kids enjoy playing cricket, football, tennis etc. These games help them in maintaining good energy level. Exercises and yoga are also necessary for our physical and mental health.

So kids now let’s talk about the fun activities you can do on during this vacation. So, you can make up a story or make up silly funny rhymes. And the next time you get-together with your friends, tell them the story you made up. You can also try writing that story or you try your hand at drawing and painting.

You can also play board games, make different things with paper. Also ask you mother if you can help her in cleaning and decorating the house or cooking in kitchen. When everyone is in the house some evening, you can play games with your family by hide something then giving them clues to find them. This is so much fun, trust me.

Read a story book and discuss it with your parents or friends. You can form a book club of sorts with your friends and exchange books so that you get to read more books without having to buy them.

So, kids do these and other fun activities in your summer vacation and also do your summer vacation homework. Have fun and enjoy every moment of this vacation. And most important, stay safe and maintain good hygiene to stay safe from the coronavirus.
