KOHAT: The residents of three villages of Boraka and Teen Talab have demanded a canal from Tanda Dam and digging of a water bore and tubewell as the local pond, the only source of drinking water, has dried up due to prolonged dry spell.

Talking to this correspondent on Thursday, Boraka peace committee chairman Sher Khan and former village nazim Kinar Khan said Boraka and Teen Talab, located at 15 miles from Kohat city, were still without drinking water.
