Islamabad has reported 650 new cases in the last 24 hours, up from 241 a day earlier, and five more deaths. The capital's total number of infections has risen to 69,556 while its death toll is 636.

Gilgit Baltistan has confirmed two more cases while Azad Jammu and Kashmir logged 220, taking their totals to 5,176 and 15,524, respectively. In addition, AJK has also reported five deaths from the virus, taking its death toll to 433.
