The Sindh government has written to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), recommending that a two-week ban on inter-provincial and inter-city transport be "immediately implemented".

In a letter to the NCOC's national coordinator, Sindh additional secretary wrote that the provincial task force on Covid-19 has also recommended the "inclusion of persons for vaccination who are suffering from chronic diseases like heart, kidney diseases and cancer etc irrespective of their age".

The task force also recommended that registration for vaccinations be open to everybody so demand could be estimated.
