Pakistan's Covid-19 positivity soared to 11.2 per cent as the country recorded another 4,000 daily virus cases for a fourth consecutive day.
The country reported 4,525 coronavirus cases and 41 deaths during the last 24 hours.
Region-wise breakdown of cases and deaths:
- Punjab: 2,309 cases, 17 deaths
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 922 cases, 18 deaths
- Islamabad: 856 cases, 2 deaths
- Sindh: 282 cases
- Azad Jammu and Kashmir: 117 cases, 4 deaths
- Balochistan: 28 cases
- Gilgit-Baltistan: 11 cases
