Sindh has become the second province to report more than 4,000 fatalities from the coronavirus. In his daily update, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that eight more people died from Covid-19 in the province in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 4,004.

Sindh also confirmed 477 more infections, taking the caseload to 247,726. A total of 10,355 tests were conducted in the province over the last 24 hours while 319 more people recovered, the chief minister said in a statement.
