TAXILA: A man committed suicide after allegedly shooting his neighbour dead over a petty dispute in the jurisdiction of Wah Cantonment police station on Wednesday.

According to sources in police, 26-year-old Zeeshan Shoukat got into an argument with 35-year-old Latif Masih, who in a fit of rage shot him. Shoukat died on the spot.

Upon receiving information, police and army contingents reached the spot and cordoned off the whole area, following which Masih shot himself. Police registered a case and started further investigation.
