KARACHI: Three matches were decided on the second day of the Defence Day Basketball tournament here at the Arambagh-Abdul Nasir courts on Tuesday.

In the first match, Omega Club beat Bahria Club 53-46 in a thrilling contest. Abid Abbas (21 pts) was brilliant on the court and led the charge for his team. In the second match, Karachi Bills Club beat Falcon Club 32-28.

In the last match of the day, Nishter basketball edged past Arambagh Club 42-38. At the end of the day, Abid Abbas of Omega Club was declared Man of the Day and received the Sawar Mohammad Shaheed award from KBBA.
