Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani has said that if parents refuse to pay school fees during the lockdown, schools would not be able to pay their employees and many will not be able to reopen even after restrictions are lifted.
Speaking in the provincial assembly, he said it was an "unusual situation" and asked lawmakers to come forward with suggestions to cope with the challenge.
