The Sindh government has issued guidelines and standard operating procedures for cattle markets. According to the statement, the following SOPs have been notified:
- Wearing of masks
- Hand washing facilities
- Marking of floor for cattle/animal sellers
- Lanes with arrows directing movement of buyers in two separate lanes (one for coming, one for going)
- Three feet distance (ideally six feet) should be maintained between all persons
