Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has approved Health Risk Allowance for medical personnel performing Covid-19 duties at health institutions and laboratories.
According to the notification, the allowance will be equivalent to basic running pay. The PG/House Job Officer will be paid initial basic pay of BPS-18/17, respectively, with effect from March 2020, it said.
The notification added that the personnel eligible for the allowance will be determined according to the following criteria;
- From the attendance register and rota order
- Concerned medical superintendent and head of department shall certify such lists
