Sindh has detected 864 new Covid-19 cases and three more deaths, taking the provincial tally to 17,241. About 280 people have died in the province so far.
According to a tweet by Sindh CM's Twitter account, 136 patients are in critical condition.
Out of the new cases detected in Sindh, 657 have emerged in Karachi.
The province has so far carried out 127,573 tests, out of which 4,679 were conducted over the past 24 hours.
