SUKKUR: A seven-year-old boy fell into an open manhole and lost his life in a Sukkur locality on Monday.

Ishwarlal, son of Sundermal, went missing after falling into the manhole. His body was taken out from sewerage line after a long search and hectic efforts by area people.

They pointed out that at least 15 manholes in their locality were without covers.

Ishwarlal was the fourth victim of such accidents that had taken place over the last three months, they added.
