KARACHI: A 25-year-old man was found murdered in a Landhi locality on Monday.

The police said that the body of the man, identified as Danish, alias Abdul Wasay, was found in Al-Fateh Ground, Landhi.

The police said that it appeared that he was stabbed to death somewhere else and later his body was thrown there.

The Edhi Foundation, whose ambulance brought the body to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre to fulfil legal formalities, said the victim was reportedly recently released from prison.

Meanwhile, newly appointed Inspector General of the Motorway police Dr Syed Kaleem Imam held a meeting with senior officers here on Monday.
