KHUZDAR: Four people suffered critical burn injuries in a CNG cylinder explosion in the industrial town of Hub on Saturday.

HITE Station House Officer said the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) cylinder of a vehicle “accidentally” exploded near Daro hotel that left four people sitting in the vehicle critically injured. The blast rocked the entire area.

The area police and rescue services rushed to the site and took the injured to the burns department of a hospital in Hub.

Hospital sources said three of the injured were identified as Adnan, Shahbaz and Asghar. The three men were in critical condition, they said, adding that they were referred to Karachi after being given first aid.
