LARKANA: A 44-year-old man was shot dead near Shahdad Brohi village, some 15km from here, within the limits of the Wagan police station on Thursday.
The assailants attacked Mohammed Ayub Brohi, a primary schoolteacher, while he was returning home after attending his duty in Cattle Colony, Larkana.
His relatives and neighbours believed that the attackers were his rivals in a land dispute between them. The matter, they said, had been settled long ago.
