DERA MURAD JAMALI: Provincial Minister for Communications and Works Mir Arif Jan Mohammad Hasani has said that sports complexes are being constructed in all districts of Balochistan.
Talking to reporters in Sibi on Wednesday, he said these complexes would be built at a cost of Rs800 million to provide sports facilities to youths across the province.
“According to a four-year plan, sports complexes will be set up in every district of Balochistan, in which cricket, hockey, football, badminton and other sports facilities would be provided,” the minister said.
“Work is under way to rebuild two high schools, four middle schools, shelter schools in every district of Balochistan,” he said, adding that work had been completed in several districts.
He said 40 acres of land had been allotted for Sardar Chakar Khan Rind University and work would be started on the project soon after receiving funds from the federal government.
