PESHAWAR: It’s down to the final four in the Ufone Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Football Cup.DFA Green FC Kohat set up a semi-final clash with Peshawar Combined FC while DFA Chitral FC will face DFA Swabi FC for a place in the final after all four teams won closely-contested matches of the Super 8 stage here at the Tehmas Khan Football Stadium on Sunday.

DFA Green FC Kohat overcame Pak Rose FC Haripur 4-3 in a penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw, the losers having come back from 2-0 down to send the match to spot-kicks.

Peshawar Combined FC endured a more nerve-wracking shootout as they beat

Shah FC Charsadda 8-7 following a goalless draw.Yousuf’s solitary goal proved to be the difference between DFA Chitral FC and Aatish FC Tank, while DFA Swabi FC scored a goal in each half to beat Bannu Red FC 2-0.
