KARACHI: The Jubilee Insurance All-Pakistan Junior Squash Championship carrying a purse of Rs0.3m gets into action here at the PN Roshan Khan-Jahangir Khan Squash Complex from Sunday under the aegis of the Sindh Squash Association.

The first two days, i.e. Nov 17 and 18, have been restr­icted for qualifying rounds while the main round starts from the following day. The event concludes on Nov 22.

Competitions will be held in boys U-13 and boys and girls U-19. Equal purse of Rs100,000 has been set aside for the three events.

An organising committee headed by squash legend Jahangir Khan has been formed to run the event smoothly. It includes Imran Haroon, Omar Bangash, Naveed Alam and Syed Shahjahan Salahuddin.
