Residents will not be able to access the internet in the vicinity of Peshawar Mor, where JUI-F is expected to hold its Azadi March's rally later today, says Islamabad Deputy Commissioner Hamza Shafqat. He denies complaints that internet or mobile services have been blocked elsewhere in the capital.
Shafqat's statement is in contrast to that of Interior Minister retired brigadier Ijaz Shah, who earlier said that internet services have not been jammed anywhere.
