BUNER: About 1,600 educated youths appeared in the written test and interview for a single post of process server in the Daggar district courts here on Saturday.

Senior civil judge Farhana Tabasum with a panel of judges conducted the test and interview. Civil judge Mohammad Jamil Khan was the focal person for conducting written test and interview.

Officials said that at least 1,100 applicants appeared in the test and interview for a single post of naib qasid, 600 for five positions of junior clerk, 260 for a single post of computer operator and scores of others appeared for single post of driver in the district courts.

After a draw for the naib qasid post, Ms Farhana Tabasum announced that Hamidullah of Hisar village was lucky to be appointed as naib qasid.

She announced that names of successful candidates for the positions of computer operator, junior clerk, process server and driver will be made public after checking of the written test.
