Smoothies are very nourishing and nutritious drinks, especially for breakfast. With peaches aplenty nowadays, there is no better time to make a smoothie using peaches, so here is a very simple and easy recipe of banana peach smoothie.

Smoothies can be made using milk, yoghurt or cream. Greek yoghurt is the preferred kind of yoghurt for this drink but since it is not available easily here, I have used milk. You can use the regular yoghurt we get from shops, but will have to add more sugar to make it taste sweet enough, and then it won’t be so healthy, would it?

You can use frozen peaches, peeled and sliced, to make this drink very chilled, or add ice cubes into the glass. I simply used peaches kept in the fridge and cold milk.
