KARACHI: Umar Siddique starred with a superb knock as Omar Colts trounced Dubai Hawks by a crushing margin of eight wickets in the Medicam presents Paracha Exchange Royal Ramazan T20 League match at the Al-Mansoora Ground.

After being sent into bat, Dubai Hawks struggled to 150-8 with only Yasir Munir (23 off 15 balls, three fours and one six) and Zeeshan Bangash (33 off 27, two sixes and two fours) surpassing the 20-run mark.

Left-arm seamer Adil Sardar claimed two wickets for 31 runs.

Omar Colts launched their chase in style as man-of-the-match Umar and Mohammad Ikhlaq shared a splendid first-wicket partnership of exactly 100 in just 51 deliveries. Ikhlaq was stumped off leg-spinner Israr-ul-Haq for a 26-ball 57 that included five sixes and four fours.

Umar finished with 72 as the left-hander stroked nine boundaries and a brace of sixes in his 50-ball innings.
