LAKKI MARWAT: Adviser to the chief minister on elementary and secondary education, Ziaullah Bangash, has said that the Independent Monitoring Unit (IMU) is playing a vital role in improving quality of education in the province and that the government is committed to providing foolproof security to the monitoring staff, especially in the merged tribal districts.

After expressing his condolences with members of the bereaved family of IMU’s female data collector and monitoring assistant Ms Safia, Mr Bangash said that the enemies of education would be defeated with strong commitment.
