MY recent experience with Pakistan Post was great. I saw that now post offices work from 9.00am to 9.pm every day, even two hours more than private couriers.
I saw that officials were working enthusiastically to provide service even 30 minutes before closing. Their service was also good in reasonable price.
Post office offers urgent delivery in Rs60 where some private couriers offer the same service for Rs250 to Rs300. Rates of normal delivery is even more affordable.
The government needs to market Pakistan Post more as many people are not aware of its services and working hours.
