LAHORE: Hamid Israr and Shimza Durab won the boys’ under-18 and girls’ under-18 titles as the Servis Tyres Junior National Tennis Championships came to a close at the Punjab Lawn Tennis Association courts here on Sunday.

Results (finals):

Boys’ U-10 singles: Abu Bakar Talha bt Hamza Ali 5-3, 4-1.

Boys’ U-12 singles: Asad Zaman beat Haider Ali 2-4, 4-3, 4-1.

Boys’ U-14 singles: Mohammad Mahatir beat Bilal Asim 6-2, 3-6, 10-8.

Boys’ U-14 doubles: Hamid Israr/Huzaima Abdul Rehman bt Bilal Asim/Ahmad Nael 4-2, 3-5, 4-2.

Men’s 35-plus doubles: Maj. Adnan/Usama Waheed bt Talha Waheed/Hadi Hussain 6-1, 6-4.

Boys’ U-18 doubles: Hasheesh Kumar/Mohammad Mahatir beat Zain Ch/Osama 7-5, 6-4.

Girls U-18 singles: Shimza Durab bt Maha Said 6-2, 6-1.

Boys’ U-18 singles: Hamid Israr bt Hasheesh Kumar 6-3,6-1.
