ABBOTTABAD: A man and his wife suffocated to death in Bahrwal village in Havelian on Friday night.

According to police, Mohsin Abbas and his wife, Rimsha Bibi, went to asleep after lighting a gas heater, but they did not wake up in the morning.

The family members had to break open the door after the couple did not respond to repeated knocks at the door. Both were found unconscious and were shifted to Havelian hospital where doctors pronounced them dead.

After autopsy, the bodies were handed over to family for burial.
