LAHORE: The Pakistan Peoples Party has called for the inclusion of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s name in the case brought by the National Accountability Bureau against former Punjab minister Aleem Khan.
“If Bilawal Bhutto’s laundry bill can be investigated, a probe should also be initiated against Imran Khan, whose financier in the general election (Aleem Khan) has been accused of corruption,” PPP leader Khursheed Shah said on Friday.
Talking to the media, he said if the sitting prime minister was not included in the Aleem Khan case, the ongoing accountability process would be “exposed as a farce”.
