Total liquid reserves decrease by $576.5m. ─ File

KARACHI: Reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan plunged by $560 million (or 6.95 per cent) to $7.5 billion during the week ended on Nov 30.

Similarly, holdings of the commercial banks edged lower to $6.494bn while the total liquid reserves of the country decreased by $576.5m to $13.996bn.
