KHUZDAR: Two passengers were killed and 15 others suffered injuries when a coach overturned on Quetta-Karachi National Highway in the Sikandarabad Shaheed area of Khuzdar district on Thursday evening.

Police officials said that the coach coming from the border own Chaman and on its way to Karachi met the fatal accident when the driver lost control over it at a bridge on the highway.

Police rushed to the site after receiving information about the incident and shifted the bodies and the injured to a government- run hospital in Surab. The injured were later referred to Quetta.

The passengers killed in the accident were identified as Shamsullah and Fazal Muhammad, who belonged to Afghanistan.
