Swat’s roses

MAHMOOD Khan from Matta, Swat, is going to be the new chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The weather in his area is most suitable for growing flowers roses from Swat are the biggest and the most beautiful in Pakistan.

Quality-wise, they can compete with the best of the best in the world. Ecuador makes $600 million by exporting their roses to the US. To make them pest-free and edible they are treated only with garlic water instead of pesticides.

The new chief minister can help PTI agenda of generating precious jobs for rose farmers, packers, cold storages, transporters and exporters by converting Swat’s maize and turnip farming to edible rose.
