HOW unfortunate our lives have become today! I am too saddened that we even can’t get a copy of Dawn in our area in Turbat city, Balochistan.

For the past two months no issue of Dawn has been available anywhere in the city which has a population of 1.5 million. It is shocking that Pakistan’s premier English language newspaper founded by the Quaid-i-Azam is banned and not to be seen anywhere in the city.

The people of Turbat humbly request the Balochistan government to take concrete steps and ensure the newspaper is available as before.
