ISLAMABAD: Robber, burglars and thieves looted and stole cash and valuables in five incidents, police said on Tuesday.

In the first incident, a family was robbed of cash, gold ornaments, mobiles and household articles worth Rs60,000 when they were returning home after celebrating Eid in Talagang.

In another incident, two motorcyclists robbed Mohammad Fazil Tariq of Rs7,000 and gold ornaments worth Rs150,000.

Moreover, some thieves broke into the house of Mohammad Anwar in G-10/3 and made off with cash and valuables. The family was in Faisalabad to celebrate Eid.

When they returned they found Rs15,000 and gold ornaments worth Rs250,000 stolen from the house.

Some burglars broke into the house of Mohammad Khalid at Barma Town and made off with Rs322,000, gold ornaments weighing five tolas, mobile phones, smart watches ,and electronic equipments. The family was in Abbotabad to celebrate Eid.
