ISLAMABAD: Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced distribution of 484 seats to be filled on the basis of results of Central Superior Services (CSS) exam held in 2017.

According to a press note, as per government policy 7.5 per cent seats will be filled through open merit, 50pc candidates will be appointed from Punjab, 7.6pc and 11.4pc from Sindh urban and rural respectively and 11.5pc from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Candidates from Balochistan will get 6pc seats, Gilgit Baltistan and Fata 4pc and AJK 2pc seats.

It is further informed that as many as 345 seats will be filled through open merit, 69 seats will be filled under women quota and 70 seats have been allocated for minorities.
