LAHORE: Aqua Club Quetta staged a comeback to win the Ufone Balochistan Football Cup after edging out Noshkal Baloch Club Noshki 2-1 in the final at the Railways’ ground, Quetta.

While Aqua Club played defensively at the start, their rivals were more focused on attack.

There was no goal in the first half. In the second half, Noshkal Baloch Club’s Abdul Malik drew first blood to take the lead.

Soon Aqua Club managed to restore the parity through Sher Hassan. But it was Aqua’s Nasrullah, who banged home in the dying minutes to seal the fate of the final.
