IT was not new to see that Bollywood actress Sri Devi’s death was aired by almost all news channels as a lead story, while 500 deaths in eastern Ghouta, Syria, were among the latter headlines.

Breaking news is given about the death of a Bollywood actress by ignoring 500 deaths of innocent people.

I don’t know when 500 plus deaths will become more important for Pakistani news channels?
