Dukki beat Lasbela in final round clash

QUETTA: Dukki put in a strong methodical performance to beat Lasbela at the Taj Lala Football Stadium on the third day of the final round of PPL Balochistan Football Cup 2018.

Despite the fact that Lasbela achieved several free kicks in both halves of the match, Dukki won 2-0. The winners made their way with outstanding attacking and defending strategies, thus scoring two goals and keeping the opponents at bay in the deciding game to qualify for the quarter finals.

Rozzi Khan from Dukki was awarded the Man of the Match for his fine display.

With their second loss in the final round, Lasbela had to pack their bags and head home.

The final round was inaugurated on Feb 28 at Sadiq Shaheed Football Stadium (Malibagh), Quetta by Minister for Home and Tribal Affairs, Government of Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Ahmed Bugti.

The semi-finals and final are scheduled to be played on March 28 and March 30 respectively at Sadiq Shaheed Football Stadium (Malibagh), Quetta.
