HYDERABAD: The Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) has scheduled the ‘Islam Zindabad Conference’ for Sunday near Hatri bypass in Hyderabad. JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rahman and its other top leaders will address the conference.

This was announced by the party’s Sindh information secretary Maulana Taj Mohammad Nahiyoon, who also heads the party’s Hyderabad district chapter, at a press conference at the local press club on Saturday.

The event, which will also serve as the party’s public meeting and power show, will be “the biggest ever held in the history of Hyderabad”, according to him.

He said all arrangements for the event were finalised, adding that 100,000 chairs would be placed at the venue, where 3,000 uniformed volunteers would perform security duties.
