ISLAMABAD: A 22-member Pakistan contingent will be participating in the Asian Style Kabaddi Championship scheduled to be held in Iran from Nov 22 to 26.

Talking to APP, Pakistan Kabaddi Federation (PKF) secretary Mohammad Sarwar said 12 male and 10 female players will feature in the event, adding the team would leave for Iran on Nov 20.

The other teams participating in the event include Iran, Turkmenistan, India, South Korea, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Kyrgyzstan, Japan and Malaysia, the officials added.
