This time I am sharing a classic cookie recipe that is healthy and tasty, and both kids and adults will enjoy its crunchy taste at tea time and anytime!

You can easily mix everything yourself and take the help of an adult in baking it in the oven.

• 1 cup 100 gms brown sugar

Method:

In a bowl whisk butter and brown sugar well. Add baking powder in flour and mix. Now add this flour to the butter and sugar mixture.

Add instant oats, honey and vanilla essence. Mix everything well and shape them in the form of cookies and place on the baking tray. To garnish with chocolate chips, press the chocolate chips on it so that it sticks on top but not too much or the cookie might crack.

Bake it at 170 degree for 15 minutes or so until done. It may seem soft at first but it will harden once cool. Allow it to stand on the tray until a little cool and enjoy with mug of hot chocolate. You can store this in an air-tight container.

Note: You can add raisins, walnuts or any other nut in the cookies before baking or on top.
