PAKISTAN is now 70 years old. The Pakistan movement asks us whether we have achieved the object of independence. We lost more than did we gain.
The fall of Dhaka is an example and reminds us of our mistakes and failures. We learnt nothing from our mistakes. We continue to stand still whereas other countries are making progress.
Our oppressed segment is as it was before freedom. There is no merit or justice in the country. It is time we reviewed our policies. I appeal to the quarters concerned to revisit policies and learn from our past mistakes.
