FOR the last 30 years the car parking had been inside the Haji Camp compound, now manned and controlled by Rangers.

Effective as of this year, people have been asked to park their cars outside the compound. There is no proper site for car parking and the people park their cars along the boundary wall of the Haji Camp and beyond.

Women, children and the elderly have to walk a long way through muddy and uneven area to reach the main gate. This is highly inconvenient for the intending pilgrims.

The director-general of Rangers is requested to order his staff to immediately restore the facility of car parking within the compound, as had been the case for the last 30 years.
