Ambulances

Published July 20, 2017

I SUFFERED a mishap on the highway near Jamshoro and my car landed in an eight-foot deep ditch. As I was bleeding profusely some good Samaritans called an ambulance.

The ambulance driver tried his earnest to get me to hospital as quickly as possible but was hampered in his efforts by other motorists, especially the drivers of large vehicles. Thankfully, I managed to make it to hospital without the loss of much blood.

I wish all road users a safe journey and request all drivers to give way to ambulances and other emergency vehicles at all times.
