LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has appointed a three-member provisional committee for the East Zone of the Lahore Region Cricket Association (LRCA) to run its affairs until elections.

Former first-class cricketer Imran Bucha is appointed chairman of the committee while Sheikh Sarwar and Malik Riaz are its members.

The committee has initially been appointed for one month which may be extended in keeping view of East Zone’s performance.

Previous office-bearers of the zone have been advised by the PCB to handover all relevant records to the new body.
