GWADAR: Turbat University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Abdul Razzaq Sabir on Monday said his institu-tion encouraged professional development programmes for the administra-tive staff and faculty to strengthen human resource through capacity-building.

He was addressing the inaugural ceremony of a five-day professional faculty development programme, organised by the university’s quality enhancement cell in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission in Gwadar.

Speaking on the occasion, the guest of honour Prof Dr Saeed Ul Hassan Chishti from the International Islamic University commended the management’s efforts in promoting education in Turbat.
