Public dealing

Published February 24, 2017

I HAD these three experiences while dealing with public offices recently. The first was the city driving licence: l went to renew my driving licence.

Entered the office and walked out within two hours with a new icence.

Thanks to DIG Traffic. My only suggestion is to remove additional policemen from the building. Passport renewal: I went to renew my passport.

Smooth process, received within the timeframe.

Suggestion: do not permit extra personnel in the building. Congratulations, passport authority.

PIA booking office: Wanted to book a seat for my sister on an international flight. Had taken all information except the original passport.

Refused even to book a seat, attitude was not cordial (This may be a reason people avoid PIA) PS: I have never used my rank anywhere.
