ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People's Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Wednesday conveyed his party's grievances over the China Pakistan Economic Corridor and the federal government's allegedly biased strategy of prioritising Punjab over other provinces.

"National Assembly is not the property of Nawaz Sharif and his family. National Assembly and the Senate is the people's house," said Bilawal while talking to media after the joint parliamentary session on Kashmir.

Bilawal said his party will not play politics on Kashmir issue, adding that “we all are united over the issue of Kashmir”.

The PPP chairman also told reporters the All Parties Conference (APC) was called on the demand of Opposition Leader Khursheed Shah.

Bilawal said, "We were also advised not to participate in the joint parliamentary session".

"Some of our friends did not do the right thing by boycotting the session," he added while referring to Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf.

While talking about the Panama Papers scandal Bilawal said, "We have to prove it to the world and the to the people of Pakistan that our democracy and Parliament is capable of holding corrupt to account".
